This high-quality Ruby Shower Nozzle from CY Spraying & Purification Technology Limited is designed for precise and clean paper trimming. It produces a straight needle solid stream at high pressures up to 140bar. The nozzle orifice materials include SS316, ceramic, and brass for the main materials, stainless for the strainer, and ceramic or ruby for the inlay.

The Ruby Shower Nozzles feature a low profile design that can be easily retained in a weld-on housing using a locknut and gasket system. The patented "Orifice Insert System" ensures secure mechanical sealing without relying on adhesive anchors, reducing the risk of premature dislodgement due to water hammer or line shock. The protruding nozzle orifice minimizes blockages and, when used with a self-cleaning shower head or manifold, further reduces the risk of clogging.

Constructed with 316SS and a quality Ruby insert, these nozzles come with stainless steel weld-on sockets and retaining nuts. Gasket materials are available in Nitrile, Viton, and Fibre, while the orifice materials are of top-notch quality jewel. The Ruby nozzle series can replace existing shower discs or be used as part of a new spray manifold system.
