Introducing the D series Air Atomizing Nozzles by CY Spraying & Purification Technology Limited. These nozzles are designed with a special interior structure that ensures even mixing of liquid and gas, resulting in the generation of tiny or large spraying drops. By adjusting the atomized liquid capacity, these nozzles can produce super tiny liquid spraying drops of about 30um without the need to change air or hydraulic pressure.
The Adjustable Atomized feature allows for easy liquid capacity adjustment to meet specific spraying requirements without altering air or hydraulic pressure settings. Each spray device consists of an air cap and liquid cap, offering two spray models - flat fan and round, with a wide coverage of liquid capacity. The nozzles come in various sizes of inlet joints, providing flexibility with changeable parts.
Furthermore, these Atomizing Nozzles excel in moisture control, ensuring precise and efficient spraying performance.
