Sandblasting couplings are meticulously engineered to seamlessly connect hoses with sandblasting nozzles. This advanced solution features robust claw couplings with a precise claw (lug) distance of 58 mm, alongside nozzle holder couplings with either an NPT female thread or a 50 mm coarse UNC thread. To ensure a secure assembly, the hose is inserted into the ferrule of the coupling and firmly locked in place by screwing it down to the ferrule, offering unmatched stability and performance.
Our state-of-the-art claw couplings are integrated with high-quality NBR rubber seals, ensuring a reliable and tight connection. Constructed from durable nylon (polyamide), both the claw couplings and nozzle holders promise longevity and strength. For added safety, the claw couplings must be secured with a pin after being coupled. Designed to handle a working pressure of up to 12 bar, this product is built to meet the demands of professional sandblasting applications.
