D Series Air Atomizing Nozzles

Our D Series Air Atomizing Nozzles, designed by CY Spraying & Purification Technology Limited, feature a special interior structure that ensures even mixing of liquid and gas to generate tiny or large spraying drops. By adjusting the atomized liquid capacity, these nozzles can produce super tiny liquid spraying drops of about 30um without the need to change air or hydraulic pressure.

The Adjustable Atomized feature allows for easy liquid capacity adjustment, providing excellent adaptability for various spraying requirements. Each spray device consists of an air cap and liquid cap, offering two spray models - flat fan and round - with a wide range of liquid capacity coverage. The nozzles come in various sizes of inlet joints for flexibility and easy part replacement.

Additionally, our Atomizing Nozzles provide excellent moisture control, ensuring precise and efficient spraying performance.
