Introducing the AA Series metal nozzles from CY Spraying & Purification Technology Limited. These nozzles feature a hollow cone spray pattern with a ring-shaped impact area and spray angles ranging from 51 to 144 degrees.
They are designed to produce a uniform distribution of small to medium-sized droplets over a wide range of flow rates and pressures, making them the ideal choice for applications requiring good atomization of liquids at lower pressures or when quick heat transfer or effective airborne droplet impingement is needed.
The AA metal nozzles are equipped with a special whirl-chamber, featuring large and unobstructed flow passages that minimize or eliminate clogging issues. Additionally, these nozzles have an outer screw thread connection, while the AX/AAX metal nozzles have an inner screw thread connection.
