D Series Air Atomizing Nozzles

Our D series Air Atomizing nozzles, designed by CY Spraying & Purification Technology Limited, feature a special interior structure that evenly mixes liquid and gas to generate tiny or large spraying drops. By adjusting the atomized liquid capacity, these nozzles can produce super tiny (about 30um) liquid spraying drops without the need to change air or hydraulic pressure. The adjustable atomized feature ensures adaptability and meets various spraying requirements.

Each spray device consists of an air cap and liquid cap, offering two spray models - flat fan and round - with a wide liquid capacity coverage. The atomizing nozzles come in various sizes of inlet joints for flexibility and easy part replacement. Additionally, these nozzles provide excellent moisture control for precise spraying applications.
