Introducing the D Series Air Atomizing Nozzles by CY Spraying & Purification Technology Limited. These innovative nozzles are designed with a special interior structure to ensure uniform mixing of liquid and gas, resulting in the generation of tiny or large spraying drops. By adjusting the atomized liquid capacity, our D Series Nozzles can produce super tiny liquid spraying drops (approximately 30um) without the need to change air or hydraulic pressure.

The adjustable atomized feature allows for easy liquid capacity adjustments, meeting spraying requirements without pressure changes. Each spray device comprises an air cap and liquid cap, offering two spray models (flat fan and round) with a wide range of liquid capacity coverage. The nozzles come with various sizes of inlet joints for flexibility and interchangeable parts.
