Product Description

Sandblasting couplings are essential in seamlessly connecting hoses to sandblasting nozzles, ensuring efficient and secure operations. These couplings feature robust claw couplings with a precise claw (lug) distance of 58 mm, and come with nozzle holders that have either an NPT female thread or a 50 mm coarse UNC thread. For a foolproof assembly, the hose is meticulously inserted inside the ferrule of the coupling and firmly secured by screwing it down to the ferrule, guaranteeing a steadfast connection.

Engineered with NBR rubber seals, our claw couplings promise superior durability and performance. Crafted from high-quality nylon (polyamide), both the claw couplings and nozzle holders ensure longevity and reliability. To maintain secure connections, these claw couplings must be locked in place with a pin after coupling. Designed for demanding applications, they operate efficiently at a working pressure of 12 bar, making them a dependable choice for rigorous sandblasting tasks.
