Brass body and stainless steel metering parts allow machining to close tolerance accuracy and consistent high performance. The brass transfers heat quickly from the nozzle surface to reduce the potential for varnish and sludge buildup. Stainless steel provides additional durability to metering components that are susceptible to wear.
The burner nozzle is an oil mist nozzle that produces hollow cone, full cone, and semi-full cone patterns with spray angles: 30, 45, 60, and 80 degrees, taking into account the flow rate and spray angle as well as viscosity and density, with a general pressure of 7-10 bar in GPH and different flow rates equipped with different filters.
Flow rates from 0.40-1.75 usgal/h with copper filters.
Capacities from 2.0-11.0usgal/h with metal loaders.
For capacities over 12.00usgal/h, no filter is used.
