The water consumption of this nozzle can be customized to suit your specific needs. With spraying angles of 30, 45, 60, and 80 degrees, you can achieve precise and efficient oil spray distribution.
Our oil burner nozzles are crafted with a brass body and stainless steel metering parts, ensuring close tolerance accuracy and consistent high performance. The brass body efficiently transfers heat to reduce varnish and sludge buildup, while stainless steel enhances durability against wear.
The burner nozzle produces hollow cone, full cone, and semi-full cone patterns with spray angles of 30, 45, 60, and 80 degrees. It accommodates various flow rates, spray angles, viscosity, and density, operating at a pressure of 7-10 bar in GPH. Different flow rates come equipped with copper filters for flow rates from 0.40-1.75 usgal/h and metal loaders for capacities from 2.0-11.0 usgal/h. Capacities exceeding 12.00 usgal/h do not require a filter.
