Our D series Air Atomizing Nozzles feature a special interior structure that efficiently mixes liquid and gas to produce either tiny or large spraying drops. Typically, with air pressure adjustments or hydraulic pressure reductions, we can achieve super tiny liquid spraying drops as small as 30um.
The Adjustable Atomized design allows for easy liquid capacity adjustments without the need to change air or hydraulic pressure, ensuring excellent adaptability. Each spray device consists of an air cap and liquid cap, offering two spray models - flat fan and round - with a wide range of liquid capacity coverage. The nozzles come in various sizes of inlet joints for flexibility and interchangeable parts.
