Our B series full cone spray nozzles feature a solid cone-shaped spray pattern with a round impact area and spray angles between 43 and 106 degrees. They provide a uniform distribution of large-sized drops across a wide range of flow rates and pressures. This uniform spray distribution is achieved through a unique vane design with large flow passages and superior spray control characteristics.
Manufactured by CY Spraying & Purification Technology Limited, these precision-engineered nozzles ensure accurate and reliable performance. They are ideal for spraying applications that require complete coverage of an area or zone.
The B series full cone nozzles come with removable caps and vanes, making them suitable for header or manifold installations. Their design allows for easy removal of the working end (cap & vane) for inspection or cleaning without the need to remove the entire nozzle body from the header.
