Introducing the One Piece Solid Stream Jet Nozzle(H) from CY Spraying & Purification Technology Limited. This specially designed nozzle features a unique passage that allows liquid to spread up to 20mm at a certain pressure. The nozzle produces the largest spray droplet and has a compact design with a spray angle of 0°.
To ensure durability under high flowing speeds, the nozzle offers various orifice options including ceramic, ceramic inserted, or replaceable silicone carbide. The body materials available are stainless steel and ceramic, with options for replaceable ceramic inserts. The connecting threads come in 1/8" and 1/4" sizes, while the materials used include brass, stainless steel, SS, 303SS, 316SS, ceramic, and ruby. The nozzle is available in male and female thread options with orifice sizes ranging from 0.38mm to 1.5mm.
